EASTER

Shipping Feb 27-Mar 27. If any items in your order are marked *SHIPS FEB 27, your entire order will be held until this date—or until all items have arrived—then dispatch in one shipment and be delivered at once.

DELIVERY

CANADA: Free shipping on orders over $100 and subscriptions (discount auto-applied); otherwise it’s $20 per order. Packages arrive in 3-9 business days unless they contain seasonal items which can take longer. Gift cards are free to send but do not contribute to the free ship minimum when ordering other items.

REST OF WORLD: calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

We ship from London, Ontario via Canada Post (pickup is n/a). Orders are minimally wrapped in recycled, recyclable, compostable, and/or biodegradable packaging (e.g., dissolvable packing peanuts). If your package contains plastic like bubble wrap, it is made from recycled materials and/or has been sent to us by a supplier and reused.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of food products, and in an effort to be carbon neutral, returns aren’t accepted. However, if you’re unhappy, we’ll do our best to make it right.
