About Pan's: It all started during a trip to Malaysia when I visited family I hadn’t seen in years. Little did I know I would discover a recipe that had been in my family for decades. Many of my family members are vegetarian Buddhists. Because of their diet, they craved snacks that not only tasted great but also had a satisfying texture. They found that mushrooms were a great replacement for meat. Not only do they have a satisfying flavour and texture, mushrooms are also a natural sources of vitamins, fibre, and antioxidants.
