
From our Sprouted Mill & Bakery in Seaforth, Ontario: Organic Sprouted Scones Mix makes soft, fluffy, buttery, lightly sweet scones. Sprouted whole grain wheat flour is the first ingredient in this wholesome mix. We sprout the wheat to enhance its taste, texture and digestibility. Then the whole sprouted wheat kernel is finely stone ground, keeping all the essential nutrients (like protein and fibre) intact. As always, our sprouted scones mix contains only real ingredients, that means no gums, thickeners, artificial flavours or preservatives. Enjoy with a warm cup of tea and a swipe of butter or jam. Simple instructions will have warm scones on the table in just 25 minutes. One box makes 8 scones. You will need: milk, butter and an egg. For vegan scones, substitute plant milk, plant-based butter and flax eggs (flax powder and water).
