Pho is a flavour-packed, aromatic Vietnamese soup that's teeming with beneficial nutrients. Traditional pho noodles are made from rice noodles called bánh phở, but ours are made from tasty shirataki noodles that are much lower in fat, sugar, calories and carbs. In fact, Miracle Noodle Pho has just 38 calories per serving, with 0g of fat and 9g of carbohydrates. If you're looking for a healthier alternative to traditional pho, this is for you. Miracle Noodle's ready-to-eat meals are vegan, gluten-free, paleo-friendly and non-GMO, so they're perfect for a wide range of routines. Despite the fact that it's significantly healthier than the standard, our vegan pho recipe still captures the classic warmth and flavourful aroma of your favourite pho. It has a vegan broth and a medley of veggies—onion, mushroom, carrot and celery—plus plenty of delicious herbs and spices for some well-rounded flavour. Gluten-free, paleo-friendly, non-GMO. Good source of fibre (5g per serving). Only 1 Weight Watchers point per serving. Instructions: stovetop: open noodles and drain excess water, mix noodles with sauce packet in saucepan, add 1 cup of water and heat for 3-4 minutes, stir before serving. Or microwave: mix noodles, 1 cup of water and sauce packet in a microwavable container, cover loosely and microwave for 90 seconds. Let stand for 1 minute. Once opened refrigerate in a sealed container and consume within 3 days.

Ingredients: Konjac Shirataki Noodles (Konjac Flour, Purified Water), Onion, Mushroom, Carrot, Celery, Garlic, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Salt, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavour, Xantham Gum.

About Miracle Noodle: In 2006, Jonathan Carp, MD was visiting a friend in Japan when she took him to a Buddhist-run vegetarian restaurant on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Kyoto. He was introduced to konnyaku in different shapes and in noodles called shirataki. After discovering the health benefits of this amazing plant-based food and the positive health implications for his patients, he started Miracle Noodle with his family. As Miracle Noodle received positive accolades from the likes of Dr. Oz, Rachael Ray, Rocco Dispirito and being featured in magazines like Cosmo, Men Health, and First for Women and TV shows like The View, ABC News, Hollywood Tonight - the company expanded and so did the product offerings. We now offer a line of products consistent with the health goals of our customers, making healthy eating easy and delicious. All of our products are non-GMO, vegan, and grain-free with an ever expanding option of organic options as well.
